Cfsb

Hey guys
I used to have the template document for CFSB but forgot to bring it to my computer here in Australia when I moved back last month. Does anyone know where it is? Did a search on the forum, (which is where I think I got it before) but can't find it. Learned a lot again from reading the sticky CFSB one, but couldn't find what I was looking for there. Help would be appreciated.
Cheers
Stephen

Don't forget that's a subscribers only article. If you have a subscription you should be able to get the article again no problem.
