Globo posting CrossFit as a class

Found a gym in our area posting CrossFit as a group class. I'm almost certain they aren't affiliated, and I would put money on the trainer not being certified.

I have emailed IPTheft but looks like nothing has happened yet.

Re: Globo posting CrossFit as a class

Not sure about their CrossFit class but it seems their bigger crime is offering a class called "Swiss Balls and Stretch".

There is no running, fast movements or jumping up and down just simple movements that are as easy as walking.
I don't know about you all, but I am signing up for Gentle Exercise.

I've contacted IPtheft a few times. It takes a few days or longer, but they come through. Might take a little longer going international, but I assure you they are on it.

Coach was right, there are two kinds of people in this world -- crossfitters and candyasses.

I don't Crossfit. I do, however, fight in a cage for fun, and do security work for a living.

I will giggle at the thing about curls being an athletic movement though.
