JP's Starting Strength Log

I have been doing the WOD's on and off for about a year now and while my endurance has skyrocketed, my size and strength havent changed much. I would like to add some weight, then go back to the WOD's.

I'm doing Starting Strength:

A:
Squat 3 x 5
Bench 3 x 5
Deadlift 1 x 5
Dips 2 x 8

B:
Squat 3 x 5
military press 3 x 5
Bent Row 3 x 5
chins 2 x 8

I'm not much for counting calories, but I'm gonna eat as much as humanly possible. I'm in the Army so I also do PT every morning which burns quite a few calories. That includes an 8 mile run every Wednesday. It sucks having a 1SG who is a hardcore triathlete.

Thats pretty much it. Right now I am about 187 pounds at 6'3''. My short term goal is to get up to 200 before starting back up with Crossfit.

Re: JP's Starting Strength Log

10/1/07

Squat 185 x 5 x 5 x 5
Bench 165 x 5 x 5 x 5
DL 155 x 5
Dips 2 x 8(gonna add weight next time)

I brought all my weight down from what I normally do to really work on form, especially getting as deep as I can in my squats. Everything was pretty easy except bench which is my weakest area.
