Anyone have any experience using Crossfit workouts for summer high school football camp?

No experience here with summer football camp, but I do have experience with high school wrestling. I can say that crossfit has improved my explosiveness, muscular endurance, and all together fitness.
Crossfit mixed with the zone diet has made me perform better, recover faster from practices and the off season tournaments occuring right now, and it's made me look nice. Also, this is after doing crossfit for only 3 weeks. I'm currently trying to get my entire wrestling team doing Xfit. So basically I think no matter what sport you participate in crossfit will benefit you tremendously. |

More endurance. You'll still get tired but you'll be able to push yourself further than anyone else on the team, I guarantee it:-)
