Weird question, but BIG problem

Our gym has half carpet flooring and half rubber flooring. While the rubber flooring is easy to maintain, we can't seem to find a vacuum that's worth anything to help keep the floor clean. If anyone has any advice on a good vacuum i'd appreciate it

Well if money isn't an issue you could get a Dyson, they're especially good if you have animals.
Hoover whirlwind seemed to work ok when I had one.

My sister had a Dyson, I spent more f'in time fixing it than using it (especially if you have clients with LONG hair).

I went with the top consumer reports model (300 bucks) and its been great, but for a gym I would get a shop vac with an attachment. One of these...

I would get a commercial eureka. These are the same ones that hotels and commercial janitors use. They are very sturdy.

My advice - Get a push broom and a small vac with a hose you can carry around to get the bad spots. Much cheaper and works just as well as any upright vac in my opinion.

Roomba robot vacuum?

It might actually do a decent job on the rubber floor. It does most of it cleaning by sweeping, with just a small vacuum for fine dust. Not good for a spur-of-the-moment cleanup, but something to run just before shutting down for the night.
