Yep Rob I agree. -8 lbs to date in the 4 weeks that I've been using my plan, cut out all sugar and most processed food for the first time in my life. Better yet my jeans are falling off and my middle distance run time is almost 30 seconds/mile faster just in Sept. I just needed help with the protein question (turned out I made a lame math error), but I was curious to see if the "gurus" had anything insightful to add since everyone is offering:-)
Oh and I totally got the squat, deadlift and thruster form down and I'm starting to graduate to real weight.
