Hey guys, didn't really know where to post this but i guess this will work. Anyway, the last two days I've had a very sharp pain in my upper neck or lower head when my exercises really get intense, it started with the Overhead Squats yesterday and continued today, any ideas on what it could be from and what will help the pain go away? Could it be from the OHS? thanks in advance!

Likely some form of impingement or muscle strain. I am neither a physician or a chiropractor. If the pain persists, get it checked out.

Try not doing OHS for a few workouts, if the pain goes away. Then return to the OHS. If the pain returns, I'd say you've got something going on. But nothing too serious at this stage. But be careful and safe and make good decisions.
