What's a good sub for rows in FGB if we're already programming SDHP's?

I've used kettlebell swings with good effect.

If you want to normalise the scoring in line with a rower 2 swings = 1 calorie (roughly)

i usually sub ball slams for the rower for 2 reasons:
i can start slamming quicker than i can get strapped in and i think the sdhp and rowing are basically redundant though that may be the point when fgb was developed.

Whatever you want. I've done K2E's, Ground and Pound Combos, Squat Jumps, Russian Lunges, Burpees, KB Swings.
