Essential? None are 'essential'. I haven't done a bench press since 1998. I rarely do chinups or dips with extra weight. And curls?
But don't forget the snatch. |

I know that you've got cleans in there, but nothing gets the core cooking like some heavy front squats

Lunge (all directions, diagonal, side, behind crossovers, uphill, OH with bar, 1 arm with DB OH)
Lunge is more day to day functional...we need more 1 legged strength..as that is how we move...plus in all directions will certainly address any imbalances and weaknesses you may have. |

Man, just look at the last week plus on the main site all the great vids of different lifts. Pure gold.
Makes me think I should really be doing them each day as they come out... |
