Workout of the Day Questions & performance regarding CrossFit's WOD

Since I don't have a set of paralletes, I improvised at the gym today. I found a pair of 10 lb dumbells (octagon shaped plates) and put my tennis shoe on the outside edge of the dumbbell(to prevent the bells from rolling out). Completed the 30 in about 12 minutes. May sound a lil' iffy but the bells worked great without rolling. Great shoulder/tri/core workout. Gots to keep training.Don
