Bell's Log

Starting to log my workouts on here (considering my log book is completely falling apart). So here is my first post for my new online log!

Thursday 131024

Warm-Up
10 DB clean & jerks (45#)
10 Pullups

SWOD
"Froning Bench"
5 reps @ 135#'s
5 reps @ 185#'s
5 reps @ 225#'s
5 Rounds

DWOD
Row 200m
20 GHD Situps
10 Burpees
5 Strict-Pullups

A little easier of a day for me. Pretty sore yesterdays workout and studying for exams is killing my energy levels. Felt pretty decent though throughout the entire workout so can't complain. Tomorrow I'll be pushing myself a little harder before the weekend.

More of an overall METCON day for me before I indulge in some stress relieving beverages this weekend. Exams have been mentally exhausting and havent taken a day off. Going to push myself for cadio more than strength today then work on some oly lifts over the weekend.

Sunday 131027

Was feeling a little under the weather the entire day after having one to many beers the night before. But surprisingly my lifts and focus was still good (at least a lot better than I expected). Felt great sweating it out after this workout though.

SWOD
5 135# Power-Clean
3 Rounds

WOD
"Heavy Fran"
15-12-9
135# Thrusters
45# Weighted Pullups

Wasn't able to get a time, and also only did strict bodyweight pullups.

Cashout

10 Back Extensions

To top everything off, had a nice sauna after. Can definitely say that all the beers were sweated out Now to get back on track for this week.

100m Sprint (Replacing with row)

Had tons of energy today, workout was just how I wanted it to be. Painful and sweaty. Felt great overall today, must be knowing that my last exam is tomorrow!

Finished my last exam today so to say the least its been a good day. And the cherry on top was this intense workout.
