Re: Things I love

- When my wife pulls my head into her lap, just to play with my hair.
- When all the kids hit that moment, 15 minutes into each hour, that they're all quite for 20 seconds or so.
- Learning something new.
- Teaching something to someone new.
- Waking up 15 minutes early for work, and realizing that I can just lay there for that much longer
- The ache in my muscles the day after a hard WO.

That too. Nothing like having your woman run her fingers through your hair.

Well there is one thing I forgot to mention, but it's weird. My wife will take my free hand when we're driving. And she'll use her nails to sort of.. Prune? my cuticles and the edges of my fingers. I've damn near fallen into rapture like coma from it, which is NOT good at 65 miles an hour.

Walking in the door, hearing my 1 year old say DADA!!!! and come running to me, and proceeding to tell me in his 1 year old random gargling about something that he's pointing at.

Re: Things I love

In no particular order:

The end of a workout.
Seeing my little death row rescue dog sleeping safe and sound in his bed (and he snores!).
The look said dog gives me when I get home from work, the shops a run, or the shops.
Travel - anywhere don't care if it is across the state or halfway around the world, business or pleasure.
Knowing that if I need to I can run, I can lift heavy, I can throw hard or I can just go hard.
Serving my country.
Being the office fitness guru and go to guy.
Ice cream.

Re: Things I love

- Going a long time without cheating, and just the feeling you get when you've been strict for so long. Never felt so good in my life
- Trail running, especially in the autumn
- Barefoot running, see above
- PRing, especially on a heavy deadlift. Dropping from the top and then the feeling you get is awesome.
- Being with my girlfriend and friends
- Learning something new on guitar
- Singing and playing guitar
- The first snow fall of the year, when you look out the window and it's dark and snowing. Then waking up to a world of white
- Chelsea FC and the Boston Celtics
- Playoff atmosphere for any sport
- Lacrosse
- The time of the year from October-December 31.
- Thanksgiving
- Europe, especially London
- The thought of how big the world is, and how I want to see every bit of it.
- Picking up my paycheck
