Today's workout

Five rounds for time of:

22 KB swings, 1.5 pood
22 Box jump, 24" box - all singles and done without any attempt at speed due to both knees having been damaged during Judo practice
Run 400 meters on treadmill with 5% incline (too much ice on the sidewalks and roads after the weekend blizzard to run outside)
22 Burpees - burpees with plank pushup, jump and overhead clap
22 25# sandbag throws to 8' ceiling
