Yes, thanks to Jay Cohen. I make it from raw organic milk.

Thanks. Considering 3 months ago I didn't eat breakfast and ate a big chunk of meat with some pasta or potatoes for dinner, I think my most-of-the-time zoning is a big improvement.

Re: What is your typical breakfast.

I usually have two breakfasts on days when I do the WOD and run out the door to work:

1. Several organic kale leaves, handful of homegrown broccoli sprouts, 1/2 an organic lime, 1/2 small organic apple, handful organic parsley, tablespoon coconut oil and 1 cup homemade coconut water kefir blended for 60 seconds in the Vitamix.

2. A couple hours later my second breakfast of 1 cup raw milk kefir, one raw egg yolk, and a couple berries.

You may actually be better without breakfast, doing IF, eat lunch and dinner as a big chunk of meat, only ditch the potatoes and pasta and add greens!
Sugar is sugar and the body doesnt differentiate!

Great KB WODs and not one, but two breakfasts.........

I really, really need to move to Madison. I'm pretty sure my hound would keep your cats in line or vis versa.
