Re: What is your typical breakfast.

It's eating, period.

Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Dinner, IF, Paleo, Zone, it's all about feeding the machine, why differentiate Breakfast from say, Dinner??

So the thread title then might read, "So what are you all eating", which as been asked and answered for at least 5 years, maybe more.

4 blocks:
28 gm protein from egg whites (the occasional yolk, but I prefer my fat from nuts)
26 gm carbs from oatmeal
10 gm carbs from blueberries
5 gm fat from milled flax
7 gm fat from walnuts

Re: What is your typical breakfast.

I buy my kefir- Lifeway brand.
It's got sugar in it-that and my coffee creamer is the only sugar I try to get away with.
The flavored kefir tastes like the yogurt smoothies they sell-but much cheaper and has some good probiotics in it.

That's not Kefir, that's some soured milk in a plastic container. You can get the Kefir grains on line, for just postage in some cases, and make your own, which is REAL Kefir.

Google Dom's Kefir, also Yahoo has a Users group.

Re: What is your typical breakfast.

Two big glasses of water!!

I find it cool to do IF, with my eating window being somewhere between 1pm-8pm .. sometimes 1-7, sometimes 2-7, or 2-8, whatever... I just drink plenty of water through the morning!

Re: What is your typical breakfast.

Everyday- and I believe roughly about four blocks (with extra fat):

4 eggs with some cheese, scrambled/smothered in olive oil.

Oatmeal (1/3cup measured raw) with berries (different everyday- blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc.)

Very similar to Joe, with fat coming from olive oil and cheese.
