I have two specific questions I would like input on. The first, I just recently found out a family member of mine is in the early stages of osteoporosis. I want to refer them to crossfit but want to expose them to only things that will help their condition.
My next question is I am thinking about starting a department PT. What are some good routines to do for a large group of people. Thanks for all your help.

Vincent,
I have some WOD's on a word doc. we use for large groups and people who don't have a lot of equipment. Give me a couple of days, I'll send them to you.

Jeff,
Could you send me a copy as well. I am always on the lookout for ways to crush their spirit, uh, I mean, enhance their fitness.

Jeff,
Can you handle another me-too?

I'm on my way to a troop command and want to introduce some fresh ideas. Thanks!

I would love to have that document, Jeff. So shoot it my way too when you get the time. It'll be a good thing to have ready for when I'm the Physical Fitness Officer of the AFROTC detatchment here. Show everyone that the Air Force can handle a little sweat every now and again.

Uh Jeff? any chance you could just post it here? I want it too as it looks like I might be teaching a six week class at a local martial arts school with very little equipment. Posting it here might save you the trouble of emailing it to hundreds of us!

Hey Jeff,

I'd love to get my hands on the list as well. If you could post it here that'd be awesome. Thanks.
