Ive been doing personal training with a few people at the gym I work in for the last 2 weeks ( for free) and today 2 of them done their first official CrossFit bench mark

Both of them attacked "Jackie" 1000m row, 50 thrusters, 30 pull ups

Brian was first and he managed it in 8:51. He subbed assisted pull ups and a total weight of 15kg

Sheryl done it in 11:48 with a 10kg bar and assisted pull ups

I just wanted to post this to let both of them know how proud I am of them for doing so well at the workout and showing great determination to complete it.

Also, Brian has increased his pull ups from 2 to 3 in a week.
