I've been a dedicated crossfitter for more than a year now and I'm scheduled to take the NSW PFT in the beginning of July. Any ideas on converting/ sharpening my crossfitting into test results in the next couple weeks? The test:

500 yard sidestroke swim
10 min rest
Max Push Ups 2 mins
2 min rest
Max Sit Ups 2 mins
2 min rest
Max Pull Ups 2 mins(No Kip)
10 min rest
1.5 mile run boots and long pants

I feel like I almost have to get into worse shape to "train up" specifically for the test. Any suggestions in terms of daily schedule/peaking for the test? My thoughts were some combination of weighted pullups,tabata sets, pyramids.... My current numbers are about 9 minute swim, 90 pushups, 95 situps, 15 dead hangs, and 9 minute run. Any advice is appreciated in advance

Jon those current numbers for your test are pretty good. I wouldn't change much of anything. Are you doing atleast 2 runs a week in boots and utes? If not you should do that, as well as do your crossfit workouts in them.
