Re: CF Sign

I think it's cool. Yeah it's cocky, but if you're trying to sell a product you have to do that sometimes.

I would just be worried until another gym comes along and replaces "P90X" with "Outlaw Crossfit" ...

I thought it was hilarious - the "man aerobics" and "dancing in your living room" had me rolling! In this case, cocky = funny

Re: CF Sign

it's pretty funny although i don't know much about p 90x, do they dance in it? i thought it was weight training and pull ups and stuff?

i know a ton of people who own the p 90x dvd's, however i don't know anyone who does p 90x, or maybe it just doesn't work at all because they're all in bad shape.

Re: CF Sign

It's cute and funny. But I don't think it's ever a good idea to trash the "competition". Makes both parties look small.
If someone really is doing P90X and "dancing around their living room", they won't admit it, and since the sign belittles them, they probably will just feel bad and slink away.

I have to agree that the sign is cute and funny, but "trashing the competition" publicly like that.... well, not what I would do. IMO, if someone can actually STICK to the P90X workouts and actually follow the nutrition plan, they WILL see results. I, personally, survived it for 6 weeks before dang near dying of boredom and it wasn't "easy" necessarily as far as the workouts go. I will attest that CF is harder, more challenging, and holds my interest daily though. I just wouldn't knock someone who's committed to changing their fitness....even if it is with P90X (or Zumba, or Tae Bo, etc.).
