Reuben, dot worry about going over on your plan, you're on mass gain. Eat til you're satisfied, at least.

Re: Cfcc Bccc 2010

8/4/10

Had a pretty rough day taking in ~1550 calories over the past few days. Very dizzy and performance suffered a bit in Oly lifting.

Upped the carbs today. Hopefully I'll get that energy back. Over did it with protein, but steak is just so delicious. I'll eventually find a happy medium, hopefully around 1900-2000 calories so I don't starve myself and then spend a day to eat myself back to health.

Totals
Cal - 2767
Protein - 260.9 g
Carbs - 173.3 g
Fat - 108.7 g

Re: Cfcc Bccc 2010

Monday 8/4

Approximate Totals:
Protein - 172
Carbs- 128
Fats - 164

Comments: Fats were probably at a decent level today. I should probably get some more Protein, and I definitely need to eat more carbs (probably some rice, corn, black beans, Ezekiel Bread, and/or sweet potatoes).

Re: Cfcc Bccc 2010

Greg,
I've been eating "dinner" pretty late these days between 9:30 and 10pm which is pretty close to my bedtime. This is also my post workout meal five days out of the week.

I've always heard to avoid eating right before bed. Should I consider shifting carbs, protein, or fat away from this meal?'
Thanks dude,
AiF

Re: Cfcc Bccc 2010

Here is my food log for the day

http://www.fitday.com/fitness/Public...=kasandrinosag

Total for the day GOAL
Cal 1789 1935
Pro 146G 145G
Carb 175G 170G
Fat 65G 75G

Well, I hit my numbers damn near dead on.......maybe I should go eat a few Greek Olives.......need to plan lunch better, my lunch was at 2pm and a desperation stop to Trader Joes, my lunch was Bison jerkey and a banana........but.....I discovered Turbot, this fish is pretty damn good and really cheap with a lot of protein in it for the price. Plus it is fairly think cut compared to tuna or salmon so it thaws really fast........I have always been a reading terminal market person since I live next door but trader joes is becoming my friend.

Re: Cfcc Bccc 2010

Totals for today.

Cal 1,184
Fat 62.6g (12g over) ; (I had two sweet freedom cookies today. My last treat - hah. DUNDUNDUN.)
Carbs 104.9g (45g under, no Pre-WO CHO either)
Pro 116.1g (10g over, no Pre/Post WO PRO)

Do Pre/Post protein count towards daily totals? I assume yes, maybe I need to eat less chicken. Hah.

Re: Cfcc Bccc 2010

Diet for the day:
Calories 1384
Protein 122.5 g (goal 115 g)
Fat 60 g (goal 60g)
Carb 92.4 (goal 120g +35 g for workout today - oops)

http://fitday.com/fitness/PublicJour...wner=juniperkd

Despite my best effort yesterday, still didn't reach my carb goal. I made some baked sweet potatoes tonight, but they took about an hour to cook fully, and by then I was done with the rest of my dinner I was too fully to eat one! I plan on increasing my carbs in the morning and in the afternoon so that they're weighted more heavily in the earlier part of the day. I've also been drinking black coffee for the past two days (I was a milk and splenda person before). It's definitely not as bad as I was expecting...

Black coffee is awesome. Also, I usually stay away from microwaving but in the case of sweet potatoes I do not have time to wait for 45 minutes for them to bake. Microwave, yo.

Haha - good point Meghan My microwave is currently on vacation in Delaware (strange, but true), but I should be getting it back in a week! Then I will be microwaving sweet potatoes like it's my job.
