Overhead shot throw 4kg. Sucked.

Saturday

Track and field team competition. Competed in shot put, discus and hammerthrow. Havent trained any of it for a long time.

Got the following.

Shot put 12,53m - decent.

Discus throw 36,xxm - bad. Tech was all over he place.

Hammerthrow 50,09m - pretty good considering the lack of training.

In between discus and hammer I lifted a little.

Bench press
Worked up to 1x140kg. Finally got it.

DL
Worked up to 1x190kg. Not too heavy.

Good day. Great weather.
