Hey everyone,

Well I have been reading the forums for a while now but have only just registered.
The new year is almost here, and I have decided on giving cross fit a go, beginning on the first of January.
I've been training hard for the past couple of years incorcorporating a variety of training sessions including running(sprints,intervals,endurance), strength training, body weight circuits, swimming, cycling and have recently over the past couple of months been learning the olympic lifts.
So hopefully the transition CF shouldn't be 'too' much of a shock to the system.
I haven't trained over Xmas at all in a deliberate attempt to recharge ready to go in the new year.
Can't wait now - roll on new years day !!!
Keep up the good work Guys and Gals.

Rich.

Richard;
You might want to try the scaled offerings from Brand X & see how you do. If it's too easy, ramp it up. :080402gudl_prv:
