For time:
115 pound Thruster, 21 reps
15 ft Rope Climb, 21 ascents
115 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 ft Rope Climb, 15 ascents
115 pound Thruster, 9 reps
15 ft Rope Climb, 9 ascents
(1:02:50; like an idiot who doesn't read everything carefully, I did 21-15-9 for the rope climbs as well instead of the 12-9-6 that is rxd.Im my own worst enemy)
THAT HURT!! OUCH!!!!

Tommy V as Rxed is one of only 2 WODs I did not finish ever, Kalsu being the other.

And I didn't do your sicko version either. Way to finish.

POST-WOD Rolled for about 45 minutes
Felt really good today. I really thought I could have done even more with my DL, but didn't want to risk injury with the 300 Challenge coming up Monday.

100 Burpee Challenge: 1
Decided today that I am going to commit to the 100 burpee challenge. The thing that sucks is how easy it is to commit since the real pain doesn't start for a while. Oh well, it officially on. (I really did feel stupid just doing one burpee.)

Yeah Burpees!!!!

Your right about Crossfit. I had a hell of atime to get it to go up and I think my max was only around 220. Even with crossfit's lack of focus on the bench the last body weight WOD I did 195 6 times. Which is a 1RM of 226 and I have a feeling that is going to keep going up.
