WOD Routine M-F with Sat/Sun rest days

I like the WODs here at the national crossfit site but I wish they were M-F with Sat/Sun rest days. I have 2 kids and we're pretty active on the weekends. Plus, I use the weekends for long bike rides and cardio.

Does anyone know of a crossfit site that has similar WODs to the national site but go M-F?

Thanks!

Lots of people follow the main page a week or two behind in order to do a 5-2 schedule.

Is the weekend cardio for fun, or for training? You probably DON'T want to do weekend time trials if you're doing a 5-2 schedule -- you'll need the rest if you're hitting the WODs hard enough -- but bike rides with the kids would be fine.

Yeah, sorry, the bike rides and runs are with the kids.

I've read where people stay a week or 2 behind to accomplish a 5-2 schedule. Just wondering if anyone knew of another site.

I think www.lowcountrycrossfit.com (an affiliate in SC) puts out WODs on a M-F basis. So does Sealfit.com

Check out CF Full Circle (www.crossfitfullcircle.com - WFS). Jason always takes Sunday off & has WODs posted Mon-Sat. And it's in Richmond so feel free to come check it out or e-mail him (hint, hint).

I am in Richmond...

but I am not totally dead on the MainPage.

I think Crossfit Swift may just take there's straight from. Don't know what they're schedule is though.

We have small classes if you're interested in learning the harder stuff.
