How come Iron Woody Fitness was taken off the CrossFit equipment links? I was thinking of ordering some resistance bands and they have the best prices out there. Has there been any negative feedback?

I ordered some fractional plates from them a couple of months ago.
Quick delivery and they even use Paypal, so I have nothing bad to say about them.

Don't know why the link was removed. I ordered both the bands and fractional plates from them and thought the quality and service were ok.

Off the original topic but continuing the theme of bands and fractional plates: I really haven't found the bands or the fractional plates to be as of much use as I had hoped. With my rings, I can sub body rows or jumping pull ups easier than I can use the bands. I bought the fractional plates because I thought I'd stay with a Practical Programming type strength routine longer. But I missed the WODs too much and you don't need fractional plates for them. Getting rings, a good olympic bar and bumpers are a higher priorty than bands IMHO.
