i am not sure weather i doing the exercise properly. is my breakdown of the movement right ?

1-start in a front squat postion, elbows high.

2-begin squating like its a reguler front squat, begining with my hip/butt into a sitting postion.i squat low, making sure my weight is on my heels.

3-on the way up (this is when it gets tricky for me)i dont speed up until i am about 70% into a full standing postion .i use the momentum of the speed to begin the overhead press.once in the full extenstion of the overheadpress i lock my untire body including my knees.i stay in the OHP for a second or less and than let the bar come down.

now, how wide should my grip be ? how wide should my feet be apart ? should my back be arched at the press ? did i miss anything ?

I was going to try writing something, but a video is worth a bunch of words.
