Talking Newb Intro

I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. Hello, my name is Braulio. I live in Miramar, Fl. I performed my first free crossfit class today at crossfit seige and loved it. The Wod was a 12 min AMRAP, 10 press, 10box jumps, 10 knees to elbows, 10 burpees. I am very proud to say I completed 4 rounds with 6 presses using 65 lbs weight and 24in box. I have never lifted weight before, only body weight. I was absolutely terrified before the class but once I got going it was great. Ill be back tomorrow and cant wait to finish the 101 class and get my first true WOD!! That sounds weird... Lol.

Re: Newb Intro

Lmao! Dude that sounds really weird but I also can't wait for my fist rx'd WOD, especially after realizing how unfit I am.

Re: Newb Intro

You'll do fine. Just keep telling yourself how much fun it is and enjoy. In a few months you'll look like a cast member in 300.
