My wifes mother has a hernia in her stomach area. From what I was told her doctor said there is a possibility it might go away with exercise. I dont know if this is true or not. What crossfit exercises do you recommend I have her do?

Re: Hernia

There's more than one kind of hernia. I had a different type--an inguinal hernia, and my surgeon told me that they never get anything but worse. I would've assumed this would be the case with all types, but I could be wrong.
