I just shot you an email at your website with a couple questions

thanks again

Re: Does Hi-temp have a website?

Hi Temp makes a 10# bumper plate that is the size of an Oly 35# metal plate that is very strong and sturdy. For technique and form training, they are much better than using an empty bar (or a bar with some 5 or 10# metal plates). And they are only $30 a pair from Promaxima.

I don't think that Hi Temp has a web site.
