What timing...just when I was start looking for a yoga studio CFDC starts incorporating yoga into the class! Can things get any better??

I do the "circles" to warm up, and often the Burgener Warmup, which involves some limbering/loosening up.

I just started ending--after the 5 minute gasping Savasana--with the Proud Warrior pose for about a minute in each direction, Coach Sommer's thing where you stand on a platform with a 25 lb plate and do hamstring stretch, and 20 or so shoulder dislocates, trying to get the hands in. That--plus the de rigeur efforts to improve my handstand--is about all I have patience for. I tweaked the warmup another way, too, but that's another post.

lol, that was sweet Tom!! I WILL come back definitely, the way things are going it'll probably be later in the month, but I'll be back!!!

The knees feel practically normal again. The only time they feel funny is if I keep my legs bent for a while when lying down, but even then it's not bad. Hopefully by the time my sundays are free again they'll be back to normal! :yahoo:

Mt Baker CrossFit includes Yoga classes on the schedule.
