Anyone know where I can get rings with straps that I could easily hook up to stuff at the gym ?

Any recommendations ?

You can use two climber's slings girth-hitched around a pullup bar or cross bar and a couple carabiners to hook to your rings' straps. For ring straps, I've been using "tie-down straps" I got at Home Depot, which are easily adjustable. The rings I made myself using PVC pipe and instructions from the boards here. (Also note the thread on the possible dangers of heating PVC in your home oven.)

Here's an example sling: 0&productId=47898848&parent_category_rn=4500701&vc at=REI_SEARCH

and a biner: 0&productId=981&parent_category_rn=4500681&vcat=RE I_SEARCH
