Following the pattern of 2-4-6-8, etc. reps, complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
225-lb. (185) deadlifts
Strict (toes on 24" box) handstand push-ups

Rest 5 minutes

Then, following the pattern of 2-4-6-8, etc. reps, complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
155-lb. (95) power cleans
One-legged squats (hands supported on cabinet & box)

6 sets + 11 reps
5 sets + 12 reps

Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
65 pound Thruster, 5 reps
65 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
65 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

10 rounds + thrusters + 2 HPCs (PR)
