Warm-up: stretching and light jog 400m. WOD: 3x400m run, 1:30 rest between. 1:26, 1:36, 1:41 Went too fast the first 400, never really recovered. Really need to find my pace again. |

Took the dogs for a walk at the sports park, so did a nice easy 1 mile run, about 9:00. Still counts as a rest day. |

Warmup - stretching, brisk walk with the dogs to the sports park. WOD - 3x800m run, 3:00 rest between rounds. 4:02, 3:55, 3:56 Slower than last time I did this, just trying to find a comfortable pace. I'm pleased with the consistency at least. |

Warmup - stretching Workout - ran from the cabin around Stanfield Marsh, medium pace since I wasn't sure how far it would be... 3.3 miles by gps, about 30 minutes. |

Warmup - burgener Warmup x3.
Workout - squat 3x5 @ 235 Bench press 3x5 @ 110. Squat felt strong, bench still hurts my right wrist too much. Occupational therapy still going well on it, but not healing as quickly as I'd like. |

Warmup - stretching, 400m run untimed.
Workout - 6 x 200m run, 1:00 rest between rounds. :39, :40, :40, :40, :42, :42 Good consistency, I'm happy... Time to start stepping up the speed now. Just looked back at when I did this a month ago. Almost back to where I was before I got sick, and I only took 1:00 rests this time vs 2:00 rests last time. |

Warmup - cfwu x2. Workout - front squat 3x5 @ 135# Press 3x5 @ 80# Deadlift 1x5 @ 205 Followed by 10 minute Cindy: 10 rounds + 3 pullups. 40# assist on pullups. I wanted to do power cleans, but wrist still won't support it, so did front squats instead to work on wrist flexibility. Also decided since I've reset my Deadlift so low to work on hook grip to build my grip strength, instead of transitioning to offset grip. Finally, I was determined to do better than 10 rounds of Cindy, but pushups really slowed me down, barely made the 10. |
