Had a week off, up at the lake, busy at work. Came back to a 1rm squat effort - busted out a 335# effort, enough to put me on the leaderboard and what I was aiming for. 10 weeks ago I was at 305# so this is encouraging. Then Sandy: 500 m row, 100 single jump rope, 5 rounds of 5 shoulder to overhead using 95# (rx 135) and 10 bar-over burpees, then 100 single jump and 500 m row. Time : 17:10. |

Friday at the gym. Today was front squats 1rm test day, last time in mid-April was 245. Today I topped out at 300! New pr by 55#! And enough to get on the leaderboard at the gym for front squats too. Tried 305 but it wasn't there. Then ghost, 6 rounds: 1 minute row for calories 1 minute burpees 1 minute double unders (subbed situps as something behind my left knee was bugging me on the jumps 1 minute rest. Calories were 20 per minute for all 6 rounds Burpees were 10 per minute for all 6 rounds Situps were 20, 21, 21, 20, 20, 23 Total 305 |

OK started back at it today. Starting at a new gym, convenient location for daytime dropin. Just did tabata squats on day 1 but man was I sore the next day. |

Have been working out steady for the last month or so but not posting. Here are my weights Squat 3x5 @ 225 today Bench 3x5 @ 145 today Deadlift 8 rm at 255 this week Power clean 5x3 @ 142.5 last Friday Press 3x5 @ 105 this week |

Just a quick update - have been hitting the weights pretty regularly at home, gym membership has lapsed. today: deadlift: 295x5 Yesterday: squats 235x3x5 hockey 1x/week the odd set of power cleans gymnastic bodies week 7 of round 1 got rower today, need to set it up. |
