Reason for taking it easy yesterday: Gods Of Egypt WOD 7 Rounds: 7 Thrusters 135lbs 7 Dips 7 Pull-Ups 7 Plyo Push-Ups 7 Toes-to-Bar 7 Curls - 25lbs DB 7 Twists w/25lbs DB Not too bad. Thrusters/Dips was pretty ****ty. |
