I probably should have done this a long time ago. I now have over two years worth of logs on the front page, and it's become a total pain in the butt to look up anything. I'm just starting a Black Box routine, so this seems like as good a time as any to start one of these logs.

Last Saturday was the Crossfit Games with Crossfit Central. The event was CFT:
28/m/170#
Back Squat: 236.5#
Shoulder Press: 126.5#
Deadlift: 313.5#
CFT: 676.5#

sub'd hanging power snatch because I can't do a regular snatch yet

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

2 Muscle-ups (sub'd 8 pull ups and 8 ring dips)
4 Handstand Push-ups (all kipping HSPUs, full ROM)
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings (50# dumbell)

8 rounds

Felt good since this was the first time doing full ROM HSPUs.
