Hi,

I want to salute u guys out there who do MMA, wrestling etc. I just started doing my first MMA class 2 weeks ago and every lesson so far Iam going out to throw up. I thought I was fit but this class takes it to another level.

Young jedi, I, too, once became enlightened. There is "fit" and there is "CrossFit". Once you have become CrossFit, you will enjoy enlightening your friends who believe themselves to be fit. Although I must warn you, they may not stay your friends.
