What do you all think about the idea of using Oly shoes to improve posterior chain recruitment in the bottom of the back squat?
I have been lifting in Chuck Taylors or barefoot for the past couple years. My flexibility is sufficient for me to go ***-to-grass in the back squat, but I have a tendency to rock forward slightly onto the middle of my foot as I come up out of the hole, especially when I do more than 3 reps.

You can't better yourself if you are already squatting barefoot. One "trick" that works for me is to focus on driving my heels through the floor when coming out of the hole. Seems to help me stay tight and keep the weight more on my heels.
