Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
15 Pull-ups
15 Ring push-ups
15 Back Extensions (on the ground)
15 GHD Sit-ups (regular situps w/feet anchored)

6 rounds + 15 PUs + 10 Ring push-ups

I'm done with low bar back squats. It was interesting for a while but I feel more comfortable with high bar.

After more than a year off, 20 lbs heavier thanks to SS.
BS: 335#
DL: 407.5#
BP: 240#
Bigger, but also fatter. It was fun getting big but I miss having the energy.

Today's WOD didn't last.
3 rnds
5 Thrusters, 115# (misread 155#)
10 pull ups
10 ring dips
400 m run.
8:05

I haven't felt that burnt in ages. Details aren't final yet but I'm leaving the full time strength building plan and bringing back some metcon.
