FL 2x10 sec, 2x5 sec. Good half tuck (not quarter tucks)

Start with back squat high bar position
1x95 / 115 / 135 - Stopped. The jerk felt very easy but I couldn't have safely dropped any higher weights after I jerked them.

RJ (Standard)

3x3x135

OHS
2x5x45
5x 65 / 85 / 105 / 120 (PR)

LCCJ - 6 min - 16kg - alternate hands each minute
L45 / R47

135 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
135 pound Hang power clean, 12 reps
135 pound Front Squat, 9 reps
135 pound Push Jerk, 6 reps

round 1: 2:18
round 2: 4:30
round 3: 5:39
round 4: 6:22
round 5: 6:52

Total: 25:56
Whipped my old time by 3ish minutes. Yea-yuh!
