Ate half a pint of ice cream after my 3.6 mile run. Oly lift tomorrow.

I ate a full pint after the yogurt. I used real cookie dough and oreos.

This thread has been fun to read, but I'm not sure that I'm quite getting it It's also been fun to read about people's lifts going up!
