Outlaw Programming

I've decided to begin the Outlaw Way programming to increase my strength and focus more on my Olympic lifts. I'll be keeping a log on my training, but just wanted to see who on here is following it & what kind of experience they've had so far. I'm pumped about it & can't wait to get better every day. I know the volume and workload will be tough, but I can't wait to see the potential I have with this program. Any advice is much appreciated!

Re: Outlaw Programming

I'm following The Outlaw Way, I am by no means a future Games athlete, or hell even a Regional Athlete. I love the programming it's a solid mix of strength/conditioning. The volume can be a tad high therefore time consuming, all in all it's blast! I probably didn't answer your questions but thought I'd put my $.02. Enjoy!!!

Re: Outlaw Programming

I'm following his programming. I have been following for about a month and a half. I'm 16, so my recovery from it has been pretty good and I do have regional/Games aspirations. So far I have added 15Lbs to my snatch and 25 to my Clean and Jerk. Great programming and it really has been getting the job done for me.
