Gymnastic rings or a Kettlebell ???

Hello all

looking for some equipment to use at home and unsure of what would benefit me more.

im 5'9 and around 12 stone, wanting to lose about half a stone in fat before developing muscle.

i have a press up and ab workout that i do at home and also i have a chin up door set up

Now im looking to get either of the above, the rings i could attatch to the chin up bracket and the kettlebell i can use anywere in my home.

but what would give me better gains? if anyone could offer an opinion i would be highly grateful cheers
