Programming MEBB Advanced Options

I was wondering if anyone had experience programming the advanced options version of Rut's MEBB. Keeping track of and choosing appropriate exercises for the speed and volume tiers seems daunting. The article also mentions that choosing appropriate met-cons can be tough.

The original performance menu article mentions an MS excel training tracker designed to manage this, but have not been able to find that anywhere.

Ditto here...

I have bought the templates, and can't seem to figure out the met-con part...So far I've been 'transcribing' met-cons from Coach's site into the spreadsheet (as much as practically viable), but it's a pain...

Check out the workout logs. Anthony B (Bainbridge) was very generous in sharing his log (and might still be doing so). He had a very nice MEBB Balck Box program and was very competitive in the 2008 Games.
