Hybrid Athletics WOD

Hey All,

We put this wod together a while back and I wanted to share it with the community.
500M row, 10 Burpees, 400M row, 20 Burpees, 300M row, 30 Burpees, 200M row, 40 Burpees, 100M row, 50 Burpees....for time

I'd love to see times on this one to compare to some of my athletes. Feel free to leave feedback.

1500m of rowing with 150 burpees mixed in. Evil.

What were some times at your gym?

Time ranged between 19:25 on the high side to 15:28 on the low side. Middle of the road was about 17 and change.
