I underestimated my ability by quite a bit, I'm sure if I thought about it more I would have made a higher guess. I got 256 pullups in one hour and it hurt like hell, and still does. I reached my goal of 150 in 32 minutes and plowed on, I did a set of 1-5 pullups every 30 seconds and had a 2 minute break at the half way point lots of loud music and singing helped me through!

Geoff you hit the nail on the head, the article for me was an inspiration to try this challenge. The marine who did it was quoted as saying that this is to inspire people to set goals and meet them. I don't know anything about this guys training methods but he did do something to inspire me, and that makes him an idol in my eyes.

When I was approaching it thinking 4 a minute not too hard, I was proved wrong. Just like the WOD, it's only easy until you do it.

Graham - Nice job! If I tried to get as many pullups as I could in an hour, I estimate I would get.... 40, LOL.

Set a new PR yesterday on the Marine Corps IST!
Pull-ups: 15-18!
Crunches: 112(not new PR for crunches)
1.5 Mile Run: 9:59-9:29
It felt great to break that Pull-up plateau!
