I like to frequent this site as occassionally IO get links to really good information.

However, last time I was there I noticed a thread titled "Crossfit" so naturally I checked it out and there seems to be a pretty good discussion going on there now.

Any thoughts or input on some of the comments made?

Same argument, different board. Substitute the name of the board with t-nation, etc. To each their own. It was a little amusing to read the posts that complained about the "pregnant" lady doing pullups and her "form". Of course you see that everyday in every gym...

ditto, jason. honestly, who cares about what's going on at another message board?

let's just train the way that works for us. bringing another community's criticism of crossfit to this board isn't helping anyone and isn't teaching us anything useful. to put it in a lighter tone, it's just bad juju. :msn-wink:

no offense meant towards you, richard. i've only been posting on this board for 5 months, but i've already read a lot of posts that start like this, and they're all the same.
