Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Crossfit Community-

I'm not sure enough appreciation could ever be shared to show you the true value of making such resources available for free. I started on the WOD's and a smart eating plan 6 weeks ago and have lost 23lbs. I come from a bodybuilding background and crossfit trumps that methodology of lifting 10 fold. I feel, look, and bottom line move better for my job. As simple as the idea sounds it is lost on so many people that believe lifting/bodybuilding is the only level of fitness available. Since I started this program I have seen the benefits in my job and life when I go to jump, lift, push, pull, or aggressively move on something. Thanks again crossfit.

Same here. I come from a bodybuilding type background and never have I tried something that produced such awesome results so quickly. Glad to see your liking it. Welcome
