I am in fairly good shape so adapting to the workouts took some time but overall was okay. However, I have folks that are interested that are overweight, obese or out of shape. How do I help them...any guidance would be appreciated. Also, I apologize if this is listed elsewhere but there is so much information on this site it is hard to find. Thank you and I look forward to your responses.

Tobias,
diet and exercise. Get 'em moving. The below work/family safe link is a good start for them http://www.simplefit.org/ John |
