Jared Savik is currently posting results from witnessed Secret Service Snatch Tests. There are currently two bell weight classes for men and women (hopefully there will be a 24k class for women soon!). The results and rules are listed here: http://www.fitnessyoucanuse.com/SSST.html.
There are some incredible numbers on the board - amazing strength endurance and mental toughness involved.

Catherine Imes just posted 255 with the 36# bell....WOW. Painfully impressive! I'll give that one a try next week with the hope of just making 200.

235 reps with the 36# bell tonight witnessed by Jessica Rucker RKC at the Monkey Bar Gym. Done after practicing front/back ring levers and attending the kb class. Was trying for 24/minute, but lost the count due to numerous hand switches. Never rested or put the bell down during the test.

Raised three blood blisters under callouses; the callouses will tear soon.

Kelly, those are some nice numbers. You and Cate should rock out a 10 minute set with the 24kgs just because you can. My 5 min with the 16kg is 130, haven't done a 10 min but plan to mid next week.

255 reps - now that's smokin! Catherine leads the board and she is definitely the kettlebell master.

Pamela, Catherine and I have both done 10 minute SSSTs with the 24 and plan to do so again. If I can get my hands healed up by next Wednesday I would like to give it another try. (Wednesday evening is when an RKC is available to witness the attempt, and next Wednesday is my last Wednesday off for 10+ weeks.) I have a difficult second shift work schedule....evening activities are real hit and miss.
